To promote understanding of each member’s work across departments and projects, as well as to foster mutual appreciation of daily efforts, we hold internal presentations once every six months.
Every six months, we conduct 360-degree feedback evaluations for all members across the company. By receiving feedback on strengths and areas for improvement not only from executives and senior staff but also from colleagues with whom they work closely, we support the overall development of everyone’s abilities within the organization.
To ensure that the company’s vision and goals are continually shared with all members, we value the time spent discussing these topics over lunch with the management team.
