Compliance Policy

Our Group, comprising the parent company and its subsidiaries, is fully aware that any lapse in compliance can have a detrimental impact on our business operations. Accordingly, we have elevated compliance to a strategic priority and are actively engaged in compliance initiatives to cultivate a culture of integrity and accountability. Our ultimate goal is to establish ourselves as a corporate group that is highly regarded by our stakeholders and respected by society.  

Compliance System

Our Group has implemented a “Compliance Code” and a “Code of Conduct” as binding ethical and behavioral standards for all executives and employees. These codes serve as the foundation for our day-to-day operations.  

Moreover, to reinforce our Group’s commitment to compliance, we have instituted a “Compliance Committee” under the leadership of the head of our Legal and Compliance function. The Committee is tasked with conducting regular compliance training for all executives and employees and overseeing compliance monitoring activities. The Board of Directors is regularly informed of the proceedings and determinations of this committee.

In addition, to better identify potential risks, we have set up the followings that serves as a confidential resource for employees to seek advice on legal compliance matters and workplace issues.
・Internal whistleblowing system (Reporting Channel: The compliance committee)
・External whistleblowing system (Reporting Channel: An external law firm)
・Dedicated workplace harassment hotline (Reporting Channel: The internal audit officer)

Our company has put in place measures to protect whistleblowers from any adverse actions taken against them as a result of their reporting.
